“Capacity Building for Future Banking 2021-2025”

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has called the banking industry to cultivate talents filling in any skill & knowledge gaps in view of the growing business development opportunities & demands from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). In the Joint Paper “Capacity Building for Future Banking 2021-2025”, the HKMA, the Hong Kong Association of Banks (HKAB) and the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) discussed the talent cultivation objectives and the “BEST” Certificate programme is developed to help banking practitioners filling in the gaps.
