We Published a Research Paper of Cyber Security in Hotel Industry in an Academic Conference

Mr. Leo Tong, managing director of Capital Delight Inc, published a research paper of “How to Design and Strengthen Cyber Security to cope with Data Breach in the Hotel Industry” in the APacCHIRE 2022 Conference together with academia of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 23rd May 2022.

The paper highlighted practical insights of designing and strengthening cyber security measures in order to prevent & tackle data breaches in the hotel industry. We analysed a number of cyber security threats and incidents in hotels worldwide from 2014 to 2022. We provided practical recommendations to hoteliers to re-design their organizations and policies and to re-tool their techniques in order that they can well protect electronic information in business.

The APacCHIRE 2022 Conference was attended by academia and major industry leaders of the hospitality sector.
